¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajiv Kumar Verma, learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "To direct the Court of Ld. Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lucknow to expeditiously decide the proceedings of Special Trial No. 2126/2021 pending before the Court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lucknow pertaining to Case Crime No. 205 of 2021, under Sections-376, 323, 109 I.P.C. and Section 5, 6 and 16 of the POCSO Act, P.S.-Aliganj, District Lucknow."

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lucknow to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of one year, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
