¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Rajeev Kumar Verma, learned A.G.A. for State.

¶2After some argument, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the petition, therefore it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file application under the provisions of Chapter-VII of Cr.P.C. which deals with the process to compel the production of things, for which, learned A.G.A. has no objection.
