¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider change of place of posting of petitioner from Varanasi to Lucknow on the promoted post of Administrative Officer in view of fact that petitioner is suffering from 50% physical disability and would be able to conduct his functions more effectively in Lucknow where his family resides instead of at Varanasi. It is submitted that prior to passing of the posting order, petitioner had been posted at Lucknow.
