¶1Heard Sri Amit Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Alok Kumar Tiwari, learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Additional Session Judge, F.T.C.-I, Ambedkar Nagar i.e. trial court for early decision of Session Trial No. 65 of 2023 (State Vs. Neelam Yadav), arising out of Case Crime No. 523 of 2021, under Sections-306 I.P.C., Police Station-Akbarpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
