The petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Impugned First Information Report dated 07.08.2023 lodged as Case Crime No.503/2023Under Section 306 IPC Police Station-Kotwall City District-Pratapgarh (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is completely innocent and has not abducted the deceased into committing suicide. Both the petitioner and the deceased were in a live in relationship. They had also decided to marry each other. Family of the deceased has serious objection and therefore the girl has committed suicide. This Court has gone through the F.I.R. and also the other material on record and finds no good ground to show interference, hence, the writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 19.10.2023 R.C.
