¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Alok Kumar Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for State.

¶2Learned A.G.A. has raised preliminary objection and submitted that earlier petitioner has approached this Court by filing Anticipatory Bail Application No. 504 of 2022, in which this Court vide order dated 08.04.2022 has granted interim protection in favour of petitioner, therefore, present petition is not maintainable.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner has not objected the aforesaid facts.
