¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Alok Kumar Tiwari, learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the learned Civil Judge(J.D.)/F.T.C., Mahila Court, Bahraich i.e. trial court for early decision of Case Crime No. 0055 of 2020, under Sections-498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Bahraich.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
