¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to permit them to continue working on post of Volunteer in the Prantiya Rakshak Dal. Further prayer for final decision with regard to petitioners' representation has also been sought in the light of letter dated

02.05.2022 issued by the Deputy Director, Youth Welfare and Prantiya Rakshak Dal.

¶3For the aforesaid grievance, petitioners have already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority.

¶4Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Deputy Director Youth Welfare & Prantiya Rakshak Dal U.P.,Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same, in the light of recommendation dated 02.05.2022, within a period of six weeks from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
