¶1After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of his land.

¶2With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. However, in case such an application is filed by petitioner, the same shall be decided within the scheduled time of three months in accordance with law.
