¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1, 2, 4 & 5 and Mr. Mohit Chandra, learned counsel holding brief on behalf of Mr. Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for opposite party no.3.

¶2Petition has been filed challenging order dated 10.06.2023 whereby petitioner has been removed from service from the post of Staff Nurse/Mentor. Further prayer for a direction to authority

concerned

to

decide

petitioner's Appeal/Representation dated 13.06.2023 has also been sought.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions does not press prayer no.i) and is in fact laying emphasis on prayer no.ii).

¶4Considering the fact that petitioner has preferred a representation against order of removal dated 10.06.2023, which was sent through speed post, opposite party no.3 i.e. Mission Director, National Health Mission U.P., Lucknow is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
