Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel appearing for respondent no.1 as well as Shri Ravi Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4. With the consent of learned counsel for contesting parties, the writ petition is finally being disposed of. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner retired from the post of Khalasi while working in the Nagar Nigam Ayodhya on 31.12.2022. However, his post retiral dues such as Gratuity, Leave Encashment, arrears of III A.C.P., arrears of increment@ 3% for two years and other dues have still not been paid till date. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to make the payment of the admitted dues to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case of delay in the payment, the respondents shall also consider the grant of interest as per the applicable rules upon the said dues. Order Date :- 19.10.2023 S.
