¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the proposal dated 20.09.2023 passed by the opposite party no.6.

¶2Considering the fact that the proposal has not yet been accepted, as stated by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to raise the objection before the authority empowered to accept or reject the proposals. In case, such an objection is filed, the same shall also be considered at the time of accepting or rejecting the proposal dated 20.09.2023.

¶3The writ petition is disposed off in terms of the said order.
