¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to delete the present opposite party No. 2 and implead State as opposite party No. 2 in place of that during the course of the day.

¶3Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) Issue a order or direction commanding the opposite party no. 1 to expeditiously and with a stipulated time decide the complaint applicant U/s 138 N.I. Act Case No. 1912/2012 now (New No. 312/2022) titiled name as Ashok Kumar Gupta Vs. Dinesh Kumar Kasaudhan."

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No. 2 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if not already decided.
