¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 07.09.2022 whereby the fair price shop license of the petitioner has been cancelled.

¶2It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that the said order dated 07.09.2022 was provided to the petitioner on

08.08.2023 during the hearing in the contempt proceedings.

¶3As an appeal is prescribed against the said order, the present petition is disposed off by observing that in the event the petitioner prefers an appeal against the order dated 07.09.2022 within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be heard and disposed off on merit and shall not be dismissed on the grounds of limitation with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the appeal.
