¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2The writ petition filed by petitioners earlier bearing Writ Petition No.2751 (MS) of 1992 was dismissed for want of prosecution. In the said writ petition, title of petitioners is involved. A recall application is also filed by petitioners in the said writ petition. Therefore, the petitioners cannot file this second writ petition for the same relief.
