¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus be issued commanding and directing to the opposite party no. 2 to 6 to permitted the petitioner for demolish the petitioner's dilapidated room situated in the front of his new room at Village-Chaila, Pargana Dariyabad, Tehsil-Sirauli Gauspur, District-Barabanki, which has illegally stopped by police authorities, under the pressure of opposite party no. 7 to 9. ii. Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus be issued commanding and directing to the opposite party no. 2 to 6 to not interfere in the construction of the petitioner to his room situated at Village Chaila, Pargana-Dariyabad, Tehsil-Sirauli Gauspur, District-Barabanki."

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would sufficiently be met in case he moves an application for the said purposes and is decided in a time bound manner.

¶4In case such an application is moved by petitioner, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously.
