(2) Counsel for the petitioners is present. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari, thereby quash the impugned First Information Report dated 22.07.2023, lodged by the Opposite party no.4, against the petitioners, vide F.I.R. No.0286 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahmudabad, District Sitapur, contained as Annexure no.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice, thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties nos.2 and 3 to secure/ protect the peaceful matrimonial life of petitioners, in the interest of justice."

(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions received by Shri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Sub-Inspector of Police Station Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur, says that the Charge-sheet No.236 of 2023, dated 05.08.2023, has been prepared and filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Sitapur, on 22.08.2023.
