¶1Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.3, Shri Anand Kumar Singh, learned Standing counsel for State-respondent Nos.1, 2.

¶2This intra-Court appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 has assailed the judgement/order dated 12.10.2023 passed by writ Court in Writ-C No.8405 of 2023 whereby, the writ petition was dismissed as not pressed with liberty to pursue the recall application and his objection.

¶3The special appeal is also prayed to be dismissed as withdrawn.
