Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that S.H.O. concerned has granted sanction to the petitioner for holding a Mela, which has been changed by the respondent no. 3. Deputy Commissioner of Police, North Region, Lucknow and the same is granted to private respondents. Since the matter relates to claim of two persons and it appears that the order is passed without hearing the parties, it is appropriate that respondent no. 3 may hear all the parties concerned and pass afresh appropriate order in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned. Such order would be passed within a period of one week from today. Writ petition is disposed of.
