This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "issue a writ in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned in F.I.R. dated 15.9.2023 bearing F.I.R. No.0133/2023 U/S 323, 504, 506 IPC P.S. Saidulla District Balrampur contained as annexure no.1 to this writ petition." Learned A.G.A. for the State has produced before this Court instructions dated 18.10.2023 sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station Saddulanagar, District Balrampur, which is taken on record. He has submitted on the basis of instructions that the investigation has been concluded and the charge-sheet was prepared and submitted to the Circle OfÏcer Utraula on 22.09.2023.
