¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the show cause notice dated 05.10.2023.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted his reply to the said show cause notice on

09.10.2023 but still the matter is not being decided. He prays for that a direction may be issued to the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the reply of the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 05.10.2023 expeditiously.

¶4Shri Shriniwas Bajpai, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

¶5Writ petition is dispose of with a direction to the respondent no.4-Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Khairabad, District Sitapur to consider and decide the reply of the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 05.10.2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
