¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Case No.1498 of 2022 under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code is pending before the court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ayodhya.

¶3Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ayodhya is directed to decide the same within a period of three months in accordance with law after hearing all the parties. No adjournment shall be done including on ground of strike of lawyers. In case, petitioner takes any unnecessary adjournment, the benefit of this order shall not be available to the petitioner.
