¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Since petitioner has already filed a suit bearing Civil Suit No.422 of 2021 before the court of Additional Civil Judge, Gonda for the same relief sought in the present writ petition, hence, present writ petition is not maintainable.
