¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Admittedly, the dispute is between petitioner and private respondents no.6 & 7 with regard to possession of land. The same is dispute between private parties, hence, this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India can not entertain present writ petition.
