Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The instant writ petition has been preferred to seek a direction to the respondent No.1 i.e. U.P. RERA Authorities for execution of the order dated 05.12.2020 passed in Complaint No.LKO162/12/0699/2019 (Sulakshna Awasthi Vs. M/s. Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd.). The facts of the record shows that after the order of RERA, an application was filed to seek an execution, which is pending since the year 2022.. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to expedite the proceedings for execution of the order dated 05.12.2020 and take the matter to its logical conclusion, if there is no legal impediment, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is place before it.
