¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's reply submitted in pursuance of order dated 01.09.2023 whereby petitioner has been issued a show cause notice while suspending him from service.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner upon instructions submits that inadvertently, he has omitted to challenge order dated

01.09.2023 and therefore, seeks liberty to file a fresh petition.
