¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to allow benefit of promotion as Senior Clerk along with corresponding grade pay of Rs.4600 with the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 as also benefits of the Assured Career Promotion Scheme as has been granted to persons junior to petitioner vide order dated 02.11.2018 along with all consequential benefits and interest.

¶3For the said grievance, petitioners have already submitted a representation but seek liberty to file a fresh individual representation before the authority concerned.

¶4Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh individual representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Bal Vikas Evam Pustahar, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
