¶1Heard Sri Vivek Shukla, the learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records.

¶2The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.293/2021, under Sections 323, 504, 308 I.P.C., registered at Police Station - Maurawan, District - Unnao.

¶3The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 29.06.2021 against three persons, including the applicant, stating that all the accused persons had assaulted the informant and his family members with axe and other weapons.

¶4Medico legal examination report of two injured persons have been annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the application indicating that both of them have suffered head injuries, besides fracture.

¶5After arguing the matter at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the applicant and the applicant will avail her remedy of seeking regular bail.

¶6Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed.
