To pass suitable and appropriate order or direction, the revision filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 to 9 on 18.3.2021, pending before the opposite party no. 1, may kindly be rejected forthwith." On query being put in regard to prayer clause, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he does not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned counsel for the side opposite has no objection. In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. Office/Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents, if any, annexed with the petition, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as per Rules of the Court.
