Petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus directing the opposite party no.3/S.H.O., P.S. Rudauli, District Ayodhya to submit his report. Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that Police report shall be submitted within a period of two days from today. The said statement is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.3/S.H.O., P.S. Rudauli, District Ayodhya, is directed to submit report to the respondent no.2/Regional Passport Office, Passport Bhawan, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, within a period of two weeks from today. The respondent no.2, is directed to process the passport of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
