¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5.

¶2The petitioner has already filed a revision on 16.10.2023 before respondent no.2-Addtional Chief Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning, U.P., Civil Secretariat, Lucknow, which is pending for consideration.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid revision in a time bound manner.

¶4Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the same.

¶5In view thereof, respondent no.2-Additional Chief Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning, U.P., Civil Secretraiat, Lucknow is directed to decide the revision filed by petitioner on 16.10.2023 in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, say within a period of four weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is placed before him, after hearing all the parties concerned. The stay application of the petitioner filed along with revision may also be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
