In the given facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case petitioner files an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 before the respondent no. 3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall proceed and decide the same and shall take the matter to its logical conclusion in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the concerned parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with the application under Section 24 of U.P.
