Petitioner has approached this Court praying for the following relief:- "(A) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to inspect the records of the waqf in question and provide to the petitioner the certified copy of order dated 29.09.2023 related to Waqf No.I-428 District Jhansi in pursuance of his applications dated 12.10.2023." It is said to note that respondent/authorities are not permitting the petitioner to inspect the record or providing certified copy of the order dated

29.09.2023 and are also not rejecting the same by providing sufÏcient reasons. In view thereof petitioner is permitted to move a fresh application for inspection of records or providing certified copy of the order dated

29.09.2023 within a period of two weeks from today before respondent no.2-Chairman, U.P. Shia Central Board of Waqf, Lucknow. In case such an application is filed, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with the application is placed before him.
