¶1Heard Sri Mohiuddin Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amarendra Pratap Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Sri Mohiuddin Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that in the matter of the petitioner the next date has been fixed by the Board of Revenue for 30.10.2023. He is expected that the aforesaid matter would be decided by the Board of Revenue on the next date fixed.

¶3In view of the aforesaid fact, I do not find any good reason to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed

¶5Notices, if any, stand discharged.

¶6However, it is expected from the Board of Revenue to decide the case on the next date fixed, if there is no legal impediment. It is also expected that in any case the aforesaid case would be decided with expedition.
