There is absolutely no disclosure of the cause of action which has led the petitioner to file the present writ petition in 'public interest'. The PIL instituted by a public spirited person or association is bound to be well researched. In the present case, however, the pleadings set out in the writ petition even do not disclose a cause of which redressal is sought. The writ petition bereft of any merit is accordingly rejected.
