¶3The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of F.I.R. lodged on 01.03.2023 against four persons, including the applicant, alleging that all the accused persons had beaten up the informant and some other persons who tried to save him.

¶4The applicant was granted bail in the aforesaid case by means of an order dated 31.03.2023 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh but subsequently during investigation, Section 325 and 326 I.P.C have been added and the applicant has been taken into custody and he is languishing in jail since 27.07.2023.
