¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2The attention has been drawn towards the affidavit of compliance filed by Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya on 04.10.2017, wherein vide Para 5 it has been categorically indicated that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the necessary steps have been taken after completing the necessary formalities and the order dated 30.08.2017 has been issued by means of which the petitioner institution has been taken into grant-in-aid list. The aforesaid letter has been enclosed as Annexure No. A-1 to the affidavit of compliance.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notices, if any, are discharged.
