¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider her case for transfer on compassionate basis on the post of Constable from District Kheri to District Meerut/Baghpat/Bijnore on the ground of medical illness.

¶3For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 17.08.2023. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for a decision with regard to same.

¶4Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 2. i.e. Additional Director General of Police (Establishment), D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
