The  present petition has been filed for the following main reliefs:- "(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 27.09.2014 passed by the Opposite Party No. 1 in revision No. 159/13-14 under Section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act-Smt. Kamlesh Versus Ravindra Kumar contained as Annexure No. 1 to the Writ Petition.

(b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the Opposite Parties to not give effect to the revisional order dated 27.09.2014 passed by the Opposite Party No. 1 in revision No. 159/13-14 under Section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act." As per report/note of Senior Registrar, which is on record, dated 05.10.2023, the compromise has been verified.
