¶1Heard Mr. O.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Mr. H.A. Jaferi, learned counsel for the respondents-State Authorities.

¶2At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of subsequent development he does not intend to challenge the impugned order dated 12.04.2023, a copy of which is contained in Annexure No. 1 to the petition, but he prays that since salary of seven months has not been paid to the petitioner, the competent authority be directed to consider application of the petitioner in this regard by passing a speaking and reasoned order for the same.

¶3To the said prayer, the learned State Counsel has no objection.

¶4It is accordingly directed that if the petitioner moves an application within two weeks from today for redressal of his grievance, which is to be decided by the respondent no. 2-Commisioner and Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks from the date of receipt of the same along with certified copy of this order.
