¶4In the affidavit filed in support of bail application it has been stated that there is some monetary dispute between the parties due to which the informant has falsely implicated the applicant.

In the rejoinder affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant, it has been stated that 4 cases have been mentioned in the counter affidavit wrongly and the applicant is not involved in those cases and in remaining 13 cases, the applicant has been granted bail.

¶7The learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail but he could not dispute the aforesaid aspects of the matter.
¶8Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the fact that the incident is said to have occurred on 16.01.2023 whereas the FIR has been lodged on 07.02.2023; apparently no person has received any injury in the incident and the applicant claims that there is monetary dispute between the parties and that a co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail and without making any observation, which may affect the merits of the case, I am of the view that the aforesaid facts are sufficient for making out a case for enlargement of the applicant on bail in the aforesaid crime.
