¶2No one has put in appearance on behalf of the revisionist.

¶3As on 13.03.2018, notice was issued and the order sheet reveals that the case is pending since 2018 but after first day, either case could not be taken up or adjournment was asked by learned counsel for the revisionist, therefore, it appears from the record that the revisionist is reluctant to pursue the case as the revision has not been admitted till today.

¶4As the proceedings under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act is pending before the trial court and interim order was passed for giving a maintenance of Rs.2,000/-, therefore, there is no illegality in the said order, accordingly, revision is dismissed at the admission stage.
