¶1Mr. Naresh Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, states that he does not want to press this contempt petition and, the same may be dismissed as the compliance of the order dated 07.06.2023 passed in Writ-C No.4562 of 2023 (Mohd. Yamin Vs. District Magistrate/Collector, Unnao and others) has been made in letter and spirit.

¶2Compliance affidavit, filed on behalf of sole opposite party - contemnor, is taken on record.

¶3The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
