¶1Case called out, no one has put in appearance either for the revisionist or for private respondent.

¶2It is evident from the record that interim order has already been vacated on 20.07.2023 due to non-presence of counsel for the revisionist.

¶3The present revision is filed with the following prayer:- "To quash the order dated 23.10.2017 in case no. 585/2015 U/s 125 CrPC, Police Station-Safdar ganj, District-Barabanki, passed by Judge Family Court/ Additional Session Judge (F.T.C.) Court no. 37, Barabanki."

¶4It is evident from the record that the application under Section 125 CrPC was filed by the private respondent and four issues were framed by the learned Court below and thereafter the evidences were recorded and on the basis of evidence the learned court below awarded the maintenance of Rs. 3000/- per month and income of revisionist was observed Rs. 40,000/- per months from various sources and in the revision there is no specific averment that the learned Court below has wrongly assessed his income, therefore there is no illegality in the order passed by the learned court below.
