And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Laxmi Narayan Gupta,Mohd. Usman Ghani Khan,Samreen Irfan Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Heard Shri Laxmi Narayan Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Case No.3489 of 2019, under Section-9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, in which the petitioner has adduced his evidence and the case is being fixed for evidence of the opposite party no.2, who is the defendant in the said suit but since she is avoiding the proceedings, therefore the suit is not proceeding.
