¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 7.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to provide joining of petitioner on the post of Asha Bahu in pursuance of order dated 08.05.2023.

¶3As per instructions dated 16.10.2023 provided to learned State Counsel by the Chief Medical Officer, Sultanpur, which are taken on record, it has been indicated that in pursuance of petitioner's appointment, she has already been sent for the mandatory eight days' training whereafter joining would be provided to her.
