¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to respondents no.1 to 5 to remove illegal encroachment of private respondents no.6 to 10 over nazul land Gata No.1062 situated at Mohalla-Khurdabad, Pargana Haveli Avadh, Tehsil Sadar, District Ayodhya.

¶3Petitioner has a remedy of filing a suit for injunction before the appropriate Court as allegations are against private individuals.
