¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that private respondents no.5 to 10 are interfering in their possession over Gata No.54 situated in Village Siswara, Pargana and Tehsil Malihabad, District Lucknow.

¶3Petitioners have a remedy of filing a suit for injunction before the appropriate Court as allegations are against private individuals.
