¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that private respondents no.6 and 7 are interfering in their possession over Gata No.1599, area 0.0240 hectare and Gata no.2045, area

0.0320 hectare, situated at Village Sangram Ganj, Pargana Ekouna, Tehsil Bhinga, District Shrawasti.

¶3Petitioners have a remedy of filing a suit for injunction before the appropriate Court as allegations are against private individuals.
