Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Regular Suit No.92 of 2022 for cancellation of sale deed and for permanent injunction and the petitioner wants that the Suit may be disposed of at an early date, therefore he has approached this court Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the written statement has still not been filed. In view of above and the fact that the Suit has been filed in the year 2022 no direction can be issued at this stage merely because the petitioner wants that the Suit may be disposed of at an early date, when there is huge pendency of cases.
